Packaging
The kit image is illustrative. Final packaging may vary. Laboratory identifiers, sealed collection materials, consent documents and return instructions remain intact.
Returning samples
Return samples to the laboratory using the provider’s original directions and supplied materials. Do not return DNA samples to the storefront operator.
Cancellations, damage and refunds
No retail return window is being advertised yet. The final policy must distinguish an unshipped order, a damaged or incorrect kit, an opened kit, a registered test and laboratory work already started. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
